Leave your expectations at the door. Come showered, eat lightly prior,  avoid alcohol, and drink plenty of water after your session.  You are welcome to visit my serene sanctuary conveniently located near Grand Central Station, clean fresh linens and towels are provided, oils and creams are scent free.  I am of course smoke free.
